Fashion is a lot of things but one thing it definitely isn't is slow. No matter what and how you are involved in the industry, you know that the clock is your worst ally. And since you - regardless of how teched-up you are - can't be everywhere and do everything (yet), choices must be made. But how exactly is one supposed to juggle the Fashion clock and decide which feats are worth one's ever decreasing time?

Sometimes, it can be a pure matter of choice. Let's say you have to decide which event to go to. Brand A: You like the designer/ brand, you like the people and you like the vibe. Brand B: It's ok but in truth, not really your thing. Brand A, no-brainer. Unfortunately, most of the time (ha!) it isn't that simple since there are other forces at play. Often, agreements, obligations, constraints and a load of "I'd rather do X but I really do have to show up at Y" mean that things you have to do end up outweighing the things you want to do.

And that can be especially true when it comes to implementing Fashion ventures. Just because you're working on a great new concept doesn't mean that you can slack off. You've got to do just as much running around, if not more, to keep that Fashion wheel turning. And that's the worst - and best bit. The better things are, the less time we have and that's exactly how we like it.

We'll never be able to create more time but as long as the time we spend on our Fashion endeavours keeps giving us a buzz, it won't be wasted.
