Better Snacking

As the days go by and the confirmed COVID-19 cases keep sky rocking, they quarantine keeps getting pushed further and further, to the point that I am starting to think we are going to be locked up forever, wearing comfortable loose clothing, becoming chefs eating 300 snacks a day and binge-watching Netflix, might take a toll in how we look, especially because now we have to do it at home and finding the desire to do so it can be quiet challenging at this point but we shall do it, not only for our looks but for our health and mental ease. Working out at home luckily for me is not a new practice, I did it for a long time and found some pretty cool ones on youtube and Instagram.

I am fans of Pilates and Barre, because they are not high impact workouts but still, you can see results. Here some of my favorite videos:

I was seriously worried about how I was going to handle my killer sweet cravings while being at home all day long not moving too much, and tarannn I found these incredibly tasty Built protein bars and I am very proud to announce I haven’t bought a single bag of M&M’s since this quarantine started and that is a milestone for me!
